Before the "Import Games" section was just a list of your collections. There were also some bugs in the GOG Galaxy that forced you to import the game you wanted to import even if it was already in your collection (in your GOG Galaxy account). I've been using this for a couple of years. It is very reliable, offers great features (I can import everything and it works perfectly), and is very easy to use. The only downside is that there is no family share feature. And there is no way to use multiple accounts on a single device.
